What is a crane? (1)
A crane is a type of industrial machinery that is used to move loads and heavy objects or machines. The crane is equipped with tow ropes and pulleys, to be used to lift heavy loads or carry it to other places. It is one of the constituent elements of a crane that creates a great deal.
The crane is part of the construction or production process, which was invented by the ancient Greeks and is mainly used for heavy work and for lifting objects. Design cranes based on the basic principles of mechanics can not lower or lower the loads that humans can lift.
The crane is designed to meet industrial needs. Special cranes use simple systems to perform complex tasks in environments that can be very dangerous for humans to operate.
Types of cranes, each of which has a different application:
- Telescopic Crane
- Mobile Crane
- Truck Mounted Crane
- Rough Terrain Crane
- Tower Crane
- Overhead Crane
- Gantry Crane
- Jib Crane
- Crawler Crane
- Aerial Crane
- Hydraulic Crane
- Carry Deck Crane
- Floating Crane
- Bulk-handling Crane
- Stacker Carne
- Railroad Crane
- Harbor Crane
- evel Luffing Crane
- Telescopic crane: The height of this crane is increased by hydraulic pipes. It is usually used to transport goods from one place to another. Telescopic cranes are the best choice when it comes to moving objects to high places.
- Cranes: Cranes are generally installed on vehicles and are mostly used for construction work. The crane arm is usually split to raise and lower if necessary. This crane operates through a tow wire or hydraulic mechanism, which is the structure of a support system that is more secure.
- Truck crane: The crane on the truck is transported and transported in different areas for lighter work on the roads without the need for equipment and in different areas. These cranes are counterweight.
- Rubber wheel cranes: These cranes are designed to operate on rough terrain and off-road.
- Tower crane: A tower crane commonly used in the construction of tall buildings. The tower crane has a cabin that is located at the highest point and parallel to the arrow that it is better to see on the load. Lifting heavy materials and various features of tower cranes is a necessary tool in building a tall building.
- Crane roof: These cranes are installed in production halls and inside sheds. This ability to carry heavy and light loads on the lines. Overhead cranes are built either as single bridges or double bridges and are installed on load beams. The general surface of a hall can be covered by this type of crane.
